Hypnos
2025
Bronze, lost-wax casting
H 30 x W 28 x D 4 cm
Edition of 3 + 1 AP
This work represents the god Hypnos, rendered through an exceptionally spontaneous and gestural modeling process. The original model, realized in clay, was translated into bronze via the traditional lost-wax technique. The mask embodies a tension between form and abstraction: the features of the deity emerge from rapid, almost instinctive movements, where the act of modeling becomes a direct expression of my hand and gesture.
