Defined by essential forms and a personal chromatic rhythm, my work evolves through a continuous conversation between intuition and expression. Color plays a structural role — often unexpected, it defines the atmosphere of each piece as much as its material presence.
My Florentine origins emerge in my work as a subtle nostalgia for a past opulence — a wealth expressed through the use of color and materials, and the memory of a human craftsmanship marked by warm imperfections.
In recent years, I have increasingly focused on the handmade dimension of production. In the New Pompeii collection, wooden structures are entirely hand-painted by me with vibrant strokes; the Kerià lamps reinterpret Murano glass through the manual arrangement of hundreds of rods, producing a flowing, textile-like surface; while the Muse collection, cast in solid bronze, originates from clay models I personally sculpted, embodying an instinctive and immediate approach to form. All pieces are conceived and produced in Italy in close collaboration with local master craftsmen. Since 2021, I have been collaborating with Nilufar Gallery, which exclusively presents a selection of my collections.
Alongside my work in collectible design, l create large-scale painted panels that continue my exploration of color, reflection, and spatial perception. Executed in acrylic and finished in high-gloss polyester, these works extend the same sensibility of surface and depth that defines my three-dimensional pieces.
My work has been featured in The World of Interiors, Architectural Digest, The New York Times, Wallpaper, Harper's Bazaar, Est Living, Elle Decor, and other international publications.
